The Emerald Coast Opportunity Zone is a partnership of many governments within a two county region. The participating entities include two county governments, six tribal nations, four cities, two port authorities, and more than a dozen non-profit organizations working in the realm of economic development. Together the Emerald Coast Opportunity Zone (ECOZ) is comprised of 14 census tracts in the North Olympic Peninsula.
Unified, the partners of the Emerald Coast Opportunity Zone are building community driven projects that present good investments, good jobs, affordable and high-end housing, and support innovative entrepreneurs.
